Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Time & Money handles information when you use the app. Time & Money is designed to keep your personal app data on your device unless you choose to share, export, back up, or send it yourself.

Information stored in the app

Time & Money may store information you enter into the app, including shifts, tasks, habits, accounts, transactions, categories, planned payments, debts, subscriptions, notes, attachments, receipts, backup files, and app settings.

Local storage

Your app data is stored locally on your device. The developer does not operate a server that receives or stores your in-app financial, schedule, habit, task, receipt, attachment, or backup data.

Backups and exports

If you create, share, restore, or export a backup or report, that file may contain personal data from the app. You are responsible for choosing where to save or share those files. Only share backups and exports with people, services, or devices you trust.

Permissions

Time & Money may request access to certain device features only when they are needed for app functionality:

• Camera: used to scan or attach receipt images and, where available, add optional photos.
• Photo Library: used to select images or receipts that you choose to attach.
• Location: used only if you choose to attach a location to a transaction.
• Face ID: used only if you enable app lock or security features.
• Tracking permission: used to ask whether advertising identifiers may be used for advertising purposes.

Advertising

Time & Money uses Yandex Mobile Ads to display advertisements in the app. Advertising partners may process certain technical identifiers and advertising-related information to provide ads, measure advertising performance, and help prevent fraud or abuse.

On iOS, the app may ask for permission to track activity across apps and websites owned by other companies using Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework. If you allow tracking, an advertising identifier such as the device advertising ID may be used to help show more relevant ads. If you choose not to allow tracking, the app will still work and may still show ads, but those ads may be less personalized.

According to Yandex Mobile Ads documentation, the SDK may collect a device identifier when the user has granted the relevant permission. Location data is used by the SDK only if location options are enabled and the user has granted location permission. Time & Money does not intentionally send your in-app financial records, transactions, receipts, tasks, habits, or backup files to Yandex Mobile Ads.

Support emails

If you contact support by email, your email address, message content, and any information you choose to include may be used to respond to your request. Do not send sensitive financial data, backup files, or personal documents unless you understand the risks.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions, if offered, are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive your full payment card details.

Data sharing

Time & Money does not sell your personal data. The app does not share your in-app personal data with the developer’s server because no such server is used for storing app data. Advertising-related data may be processed by Yandex Mobile Ads as described in this policy and in Yandex’s own privacy documentation.

Analytics and tracking

Time & Money does not currently use a separate third-party analytics or crash reporting service. The app uses Yandex Mobile Ads for advertising and may request tracking permission through Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework for advertising purposes.

Children

Time & Money is not intended for children under 13. The app is designed for personal productivity and personal finance management.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page.
